1. Research Use Only
All materials supplied by Vertex Labs are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and may not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstance.
2. Buyer Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you will handle, store and dispose of materials in accordance with applicable laws and institutional protocols.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmed once payment is verified on-chain. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed by the network. Vertex Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
4. Product Information
Purity figures and certificates of analysis reflect testing of the specified batch. While we take every measure to ensure accuracy, buyers are responsible for independently verifying suitability for their research application.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vertex Labs is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products supplied. Liability in all cases is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
