Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch
In-stock orders with a confirmed on-chain payment placed before 2:00 PM CT ship the same business day from our U.S. facility. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Lyophilized vials are cold-sealed and cushioned; temperature-sensitive compounds include an insulated liner and gel pack at no extra cost.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is generated. Standard domestic transit is 2–4 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 10 business days, contact support@vertexlabs.co with your order reference and we will reship or refund at our discretion.
